We could not have asked for a better realtor. Aman was extremely patient, and he was very thorough, answered all of our questions. Never made us feel like we were stupid and we were asking too many questions and he always kept us in the loop about the houses we looked at. When we put an offer on the house we bought Amen was able to negotiate the concessions two to one buy down which helped us tremendously with our monthly mortgage payments. He was also able to negotiate other terms with the seller, which helped us out again with our purchasing of the home.
We had another realtor prior to Aman, it was like day and night they were so different. I would highly recommend him and I have done so with a few of my friends. We are so very grateful for him.
